Trust Capital Is the Best Form of Capital!
As a lifetime Economics Professor, and Econometrics Consultant (Owner & Chair of RMD Hamzaee Econometrics International Consultants, 1995 – 2025 & beyond), I have always started to advise my audiences that all kinds of capital: physical capital, financial capital (both debt, and equity capital), brand name capital, and social capital are all essential in business and LIFE. Yet what makes them supreme is when Trust (ethical) Capital & character come into the mixture.
Ken Brown’s character, transparent, and patient practice have revealed a trait of a distinguished role model for a business that would be highly risky, otherwise. He has been my own professor and teacher of so many things that I would have never learned without his gracious time and the treasure of his experienced advice at the right time. In 2017, he offered me the most precious social-ethical-trust-based capital in making my best investment ever in confidence and an integrative peace of mind.

We are beyond happy!
I wish I could give 100 stars! We were kind of forced to sell a commercial property that we wanted to hold onto for life- we had never done a 1031 before and we were 100% unfamiliar with the process- very scary. I called this company from an ad that I saw online and I spoke with a very nice young lady named Hannah who left such a wonderful impression that we decided to definitely work with this company. Hanna treated us like real customers from the very start (even as confused as we sounded)… At some point, she connected us with Mike. Mike took the reins and changed our whole lives with all the help he offered! He worked tirelessly- he is probably the hardest working man I’ve ever encountered in the business world! if Mike says he’s going to do something, you can bet everything you own- he’s going to do what he says. He never over promises and we liked the way that he would give us his opinions on things based on his professional experience.
We spent all the time we needed to make sure that the property that we were purchasing was going to be a smart transaction. But with the 1031, you only have so much time. So Mike would be looking for more properties until we completely vetted. The ones we were interested in. No time was ever wasted. Mike had so much professionalism and experience to bring to the table that I just can’t ever see working with anybody else- ever. Due diligence at this company is REAL. Mike will not let you purchase a property that has not been thoroughly gone over from top to bottom and he will make sure you understand every aspect of the property that you’re buying- We feel very confident with all of the choices that we made. In fact, instead of buying only one property through him, we bought two!
Ken has put together a team of True professionals that you can put all of your faith into.
Spending a few million dollars blindly can be very stressful- but Mike at triple net properties made it seamless. I could extend this review for hours just bragging on this company…

An Extraordinary Team
I had sold two buildings, and with the proceeds, I was preparing to purchase a triple net lease through a 1031 exchange. At the time, I had no idea how to go about it. I researched what a triple net lease was, and since my cousin had done one, it seemed like the right direction.
I began by searching online. That’s when I found Hannah. She called me back after I left a message, and from the very first five minutes of our conversation, I knew I had struck gold. Of course, I was still cautious, but I could feel right away that I was finally in the right place.
Hannah reviewed the properties I had been considering and brought me additional options. She also introduced me to her boss, Ken Brown. As soon as Ken joined the conversation, I knew for sure that I had made the right decision.
Hannah had the personality of a saint …kind, patient, and reassuring … always keeping me calm even when I was a nervous wreck. She is also incredibly dedicated; no question was ever too small, and she treated every concern I had as if it were her own. Her warmth, patience, and tireless support made a stressful process feel manageable.
Ken was grounded, confident, and extremely knowledgeable. He has a way of simplifying even the most complex details, giving you the confidence to move forward with clarity. His professionalism and steady guidance, combined with Hannah’s patience and care, made them the perfect team. Together, they provided not only the knowledge and experience I needed but also the trust and reassurance I was desperately looking for.
With just a few days left … and over a weekend…to identify three properties for my 1031 exchange, Hannah and Ken pulled me through. They found an incredible property for me, and I was finally able to name my three choices.
Once that was done, they introduced me to Mike to handle due diligence. I nicknamed him “Speedy Gonzalez” because of how quickly and efficiently he worked. Mike was amazing … detail-oriented, thorough, confident, and reassuring. He struck the perfect balance between leadership and teamwork. What impressed me most was his ability to anticipate issues before they arose and address them with precision. He approached every detail with the mindset of protecting me as the buyer, making sure nothing was overlooked. Finally, they brought in an attorney, Spencer, an amazing attorney with experience who will make you feel more than comfortable. His professionalism, manners, and social skills with clients immediately put you at ease and give you confidence that you are in the best hands. What stood out most about Spencer was not just his knowledge of the law but his ability to explain legal matters in a way that was clear and reassuring. He was thorough, patient, and always attentive to my questions and concerns. He carried himself with grace, confidence, and humility …a rare combination in an attorney …and made me feel completely secure through every step of the legal process.
This team … Hannah, Ken, Mike, and Spencer … is truly extraordinary. Each of them brings unique strengths, and together they form a powerhouse of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Hannah’s kindness and patience, Ken’s steady leadership and confidence, Mike’s precision and dedication, and Spencer’s expertise and grace all complemented one another perfectly. They worked seamlessly as a unit, always one step ahead, anticipating my needs and guiding me through every stage of the process. More than just professionals, they became a support system I could lean on …a group I came to trust like family. Their combined efforts turned what could have been one of the most stressful experiences of my life into one of the most rewarding.
